As a solo female traveler, I knew I was in good hands when one of their Guest Experience Planners, Sara, called me the day before my arrival to make sure I had all of my experiences booked and to answer any last-minute questions. Sara is an absolute gem. She was so personable, kind, and genuinely invested in making sure my stay matched what I needed. Unlike no other hotel. Spiritual transformations, particularly mediums, guided journeys… and all at a World of Hyatt.
Of course there’s the sports and fitness journey, but you’ll find me trying new things like a cacao ceremony or manifestation class
This place was amazing! The staff were ALL happy. I didn’t encounter a single person who looked like they weren’t happy. It definitely contributed to the vibe. Their focus is on YOU, the guest. It’s all inclusive except alcohol and some amenities, but you do get credits per night that can be used towards experiences. Phones are allowed to take pictures, but they do discourage phone use unless you’re in a phone area so you can just focus on yourself. There’s so much to do here.
