We went for our first kid free vacation since before kids and it was perfect! The spa services were excellent, the food was amazing and almost exotic. The room had an outdoor shower, private outdoor jacuzzi and outdoor fireplace. The bee keeping experience was the absolute best! As was the honey tasting!
The good:Location, location, location. Located at the foothills of the Santa Catalina Mountains, the resort is set in an idyllic location with breathtaking views with every turn.The bad:1. Food restrictions and allergies not taken into account (vegan pasta on menu had egg in it when we asked the waiter to double check)2. One paid class cancelled without notice due to lack of attendees and other canceled due to weather. Not accommodated properly and they just threw their hands up in the air and asked me to figure out my own schedule. I went on a vacation here to rest, and enjoy the many classes and amenities this resort offers. I loved the 5 day stay and all the wonderful employees and patrons I met there. I ziplined, had a spa treatment, and learned a lot about organic foods, nutrition, and the power of my mind and focus. 38 pages of activities to choose from, this resort does not disappoint.Anyone who visits should find something that will bring a smile to their face and memories to cherish.
