This place is awesome. I tried the Japanese head massage and the full body massage with Sophia. Within a couple of minutes I was in heaven. The head, face and neck massage paired with the scalp stimulation is the best I've ever had. And her wonderful hands alleviated my body aches so nicely. I walked out in a cloud. The whole experience is soooo worth it.
Three months ago I booked a reservation at the Catalina location through their platform Zoho Booking. I was unable to attend and easily canceled through Zoho. Today I received an email from Zoho that I had booked a service coming up in a few days. Although my CC wasn't charged, I reached out to the salon to make inquires after canceling through Zoho. The manager Vance called back and was very professional and took my concerns seriously. I can't recommend their massage services, but their manager, Vance, was very helpful.
The people that worked with me were kind and efficient. The woman who helped me kept checking in to make sure i was comfortable, and gave me an excellent massage. I will be going back. THANK YOU!!
