Thought this was going to be a good fit. The reception part of the office messes things up for the doctors and nurse practitioners. Take my roommate there he's supposed to get a bunch of referrals including podiatry. Call three different times still have yet to receive a podiatry referral for my roommate. The social worker took something out of a conversation out of context and made current manners that are already bad enough worse. I asked for a referral to a neurosurgeon to check the hardware in my neck and address my slipped discs in my lumbar. I've been dealing with MHC for years. I recently transferred to this location cause my doc closed her practice. I'm impressed with the wi skirt of c from my new doc. He answered all my questions, gave me necessary referrals and listened to my concerns. My appointment was on time and all the staff was courteous and helpful. Another bonus it's even closer to my home than the last one.
I have been going to this facility for over a year now and of all the health centers, I have been to this one is the best. Rachel Heath and Patty Weaver are just two amazing human beings that really care about the people they help. They have help me so much in my journey to getting better and Always go above and beyond to help. As my doctor Rachel is amazing and caring. Patty as my nutritionist goes above and beyond and is always available when I have any questions even helping me when I have problems at my pharmacy and I know that’s not a part of her job description but like I said ABOVE AND BEYOND. MHC is Lucky to have Rachel and Patty:)
