We had a single broken roof tile on our house that Metric installed 3 years ago. The tile was apparently defective and Metric replaced it for free. Not sure if we had a guaranty but they did it, no questions asked. Friendly and professional young man came and even did a quick roof inspection for us. Thank you for doing a good job!
