I went to Mauricio regularly a couple years ago, and while his work is fantastic and I rarely left feeling any less than my best, his recent price changes made it so I haven't been able to go back. $125 for a haircut is out of my price range, sorry. I also left with chemical burns twice after bleaching under the heat lamp, which messed up my color because of the scabs and colors bleeding into each other, but he was very apologetic and fixed the color for free and was more careful with bleaching me going forward.

Hair cut great. Price is way out of my league. $125 for a haircut. 😳. I should have asked the price when I made the appointment . I'd have to get a second job to return . Tucson thinks it's Beverly Hills ?

Stylist: Mauricio is a fantastic hair stylist. He's been taking care of my hair since I moved to Tucson 4 years ago. I've received numerous compliments on my beautiful highlights. He's a skilled colorist, and I highly recommend him.

The stylists here are extremely rude. No sense of politeness or any kind of customer service whatsoever. There's a young Mexican lady who is a stylist here and she is very rude and aggressive. There's no way I could ever trust any of these women with my hair. Learn how to talk to people first!!!

My sister loved the salon, Roxy was really nice to my sister. My sister also loved the shampoo and loved eating the pretzels. We had a good time here, thank you guys.

I wanted to schedule a hair appointment as a first time customer. I was told that I needed to schedule a consultation before I could schedule the haircut I asked if I could schedule the haircut and the "consultation" at the same time - the answer was "maybe" oh Christ, I need my haircut not an EKG moving on.

One thing that did happen is I got a haircut. But it's like ... I can't do anything with my hair cause it's so bad. The only thing that kind of works is putting it in a bun and hiding my ends. Everything is so blunt, it looks if you just cut a Barbie's hair. So it's probably safe to say no one here specializes in Asian hair. I was told a cut was 90$ I was charged 100, gave 20 in tip. Two hours of my life for a triple booked appointment. I haven't had a haircut like this since middle school. I literally lie awake at night dreading having to wake up and look in the mirror. ... it's been about a month. Surprised I haven't cried but i can't spare any tears for this anymore, it's really my mistake for thinking anyone in Tucson can actually cut my hair. Hard enough to find someone in LA to do it proper, what was I thinking.
