I am incredibly grateful for Dr. Redmond, Dr. Olsen and their stellar team. I trust them with my two wildly different pups without hesitation. I always leave my interactions with them feeling heard and that our experience has been tailored to our unique, individual needs. They are so kind to me, my fur baby, and they answer my thousands of questions. They found a serious problem with her that a nearby hospital kept overlooking and dismissing. When I finally switched to Madera, they saw it right away and got straight to business in fixing the problem. These guys deserve six stars.

This was our first time at this office, and it won't be our last! Dr. Olsen was wonderful with our kitty, and we are completely confident with the care she provided. She and her assistant took the time to make all of us feel comfortable by discussing the procedures in detail. All the gals in the office made us feel welcome on the phone and in person and answered all of our many questions. Thank you so much for taking such excellent care of us!
