Maddie is a wonderful trainer and coach. First, she’s absolutely sweet and caring of her clients. She makes me feel good about myself every time I train with her. She’s encouraging and inspirational. She tailors the workouts to your desired outcomes and pushes you to be the best version of yourself in the gym. She makes me feel like I can achieve my fitness goals and definitely gives me everything I need to be successful. I highly recommend Maddie - you’d be lucky to have her as your coach!
Being active has always been an important part of my life. After graduating college and finishing my athletic career, I found it difficult to transition to working out at the gym. Additionally, when I started medical school, it was challenging to efficiently workout in my limited free time. Maddi was honestly the BEST trainer one could ask for!!! I did the fat loss program and lost about 10 kg. Maddi wrote the perfect workout schedule and was always there to give me guidance about my nutrition. Thanks to her I finally feel comfortable in my body again.
