Having to transfer to Dr. Lister a few years ago after my previous dentist retired. I only had visits for my cleanings. Margaret (hygienist) and Alicia (her sister and head DA) I followed over to Dr. Lister's office because they are just that phenomenal. Alicia is always one who stayed on top of any billing questions or concerns going above and beyond the requirement. Margaret always was great at what she does (above the normal) other staff is also great. There is another Alicia at the front desk who is always very welcoming and professional. Staff is always welcoming, kind, and really easy to work with. Love the catch-up moments in between the work. They get me in really quickly for appointments- whether normal dental visits or random cold sores (bonus note: the laser they use to reduce inflammation also helps reduce the time of your cold sore!)
Dr. Lister is also really helpful when explaining care. She's fair and objective, as well as compassionate.
The office staff and hygienists are always warm and welcoming. Alicia in the front office is super knowledgable and helpful about insurance questions. Dr. Lister takes the time to connect on a human level and also to explain what’s going on with your teeth and the reasoning behind any work you might need done. Overall I’ve had a super positive experience here over the last three years!!
