** As for Steve's response, if neither he nor his client know me, how does he know which client I am referring to? Just a thought... *** I have recently received messages from Steve at Landau Marketing. He appears to work for a company I have written a poor review about on Yelp. Rather than contacting me to discuss the problem, he has told me I must remove my review, he doesn't know who I am. His client has previously called my office and threatened me as well as emailing me personally, so obviously his client knows who I am. It seems that rather than try to solve the issue we had with his client, Steve and his marketing firm have decided to try the online bullying route, as well as posting a positive review for the said company who I had a negative experience with. Would I want this firm handling my marketing and public image? Not after seeing how they have handled this dispute! There are some great marketing firms in town, but I would do some serious research before considering Landau.
