Based on the reviews, the staff at La Frontera Center - Southwest Clinic is kind and helpful. Erica at the front desk is Awesome, always polite and kind, and makes the day brighter. Rikeena Crumpley has played a truly pivotal role in helping take back control of life, providing guidance, genuine care, and encouragement. The Dr. is on point. The team of Tommy and Cheri provides a lot of support, and groups are very maintained and helpful. Erica, Cassandra, and Mikey at the front are very nice and help out, especially with phone troubles. Gerald makes people feel safe. Antoinette teaches good groups. Ben from Genoa is out of this world. Marla teaches anger management, and Tommy has a terrific group. Zach has a wonderful group. Cheri shows good art work and teaches different things. The services offered and all the staff are doing their jobs and more. The staff is kind and helpful, and the site offers wonderful services.
Erica at the front desk is Awesome! She is always polite and kind. I have been coming to Lafrontera SW for approximately three years and I couldn't ask for someone more nicer or more caring! She always makes my day brighter! Erica is so appreciated and 😍
Rikeena Crumpley has played a truly pivotal role in helping me take back control of my life. Throughout my recovery process, she has provided not only guidance but also genuine care and encouragement. Her ability to help me recognize my personal triggers and understand the deeper reasons behind my substance use has been eye opening.

I’ve been at the Southwest clinic for the last 6 years. I’ve had alot of support from my team Tommy and Cheri. Groups are very maintained and helpful. Thank you southwest for all the help
