I would rate it zero if I could. Everyone at this place is so completely disorganized, it's like almost zero communication between the departments. My stay was terrible, I was there 2 days and I didn't get the meds they ordered for me until an hour and a half before I left. Also they gave me my belongings but apparently not all of them which explains my missing stuff, they call me 8 months later! To tell me about my stuff. So I went down there and talked to someone and he said we'll go look for your stuff, waited 30 min and I asked them what's going on... they hadn't even gone to look, they forgot. I personally had a very good experience with all of the staff here, and I was genuinely helped so much and so well above any expectations I had. Khia and Elise were so sweet and Phyliss and Gina among so many others. I was having a really rough time but I felt safe and supported 🙏❤ thank you guys sm
This place is a joke. I was released from the Pima county jail with dismissed charges with being released and sent to CRC, Correction Officers told me it was better than the jail. When I got into CRC at 12:00am everyone was sure pleasant and nice to let me know I would be evaluated “once that evening and again in the morning” then I would be released. I sat there in that uncomfortable chair for 2 full nights, dealt with screaming people freaking out coming off of meth and hard drugs, mental patients suffering from mental health crisis and other patients throwing up all around everyone.
