This place lacks customer service. I asked the price of a pedicure with polish, person asked if I wanted gel, I said no, because I don't want a heat lamp. He said okay, pick a color. After asking me to pick a color, I looked thru some swatches. Noticing some other swatches on the cart,I asked the guy if those were for polish too. He stated no, don't pick a color I have an appointment, I don't have time. Then why the heck did he ask me to pick a color and was getting the foot tub ready for the pedicure? Unbelievable and unfortunate 'cuz you lost a customer.

Clean and best customers services in the area. Ive been here for years now, always on point, my nails always look nice every times. Highly recommended. If you need a place to go, check it out.

I’ve been here twice. First time, tech was good and gentle. Second time, new tech, and I’m disappointed in the service. She was rough and bumped all my cuticles with the dremel. I had pain and sores for days after. Three stars because there wasn’t a wait and prices are reasonable.
