Jaclyn and Michaella and the entire team were amazing throughout the process. We thoroughly enjoyed our time picking options and felt ZERO pressure at all throughout the process. They made it easy and fun!!
I want to express my gratitude to both Michaela and Jaclyn. Michaela was my first point of contact at the KB Design Studio she was welcoming and efficient and scheduled all my appointments with such ease and thoughtfulness of my time. Jaclyn was my home designer and when I first met her virtually her energy was exceptional and when I met her in person it was like I knew her all my life. She was engaging, efficient and passionate about her work and she was such a great help. These ladies have OUTSTANDING customer service and I highly recommend them!
I just want to say that my overall experience with the studio was amazing. Jaclyn M. was super helpful and wonderful in every step of the way. She was so nice and patient. She answered all my questions and the communication was great! Thank you Jaclyn.
