They were recommended by a trusted General Contractor. Although first communications took a little persistence on my part, once the ball was rolling, they estimated and replaced my roof within a few weeks. Their estimate was much lower than the only other quote I was able to obtain. Thus, I was scared that charges would accumulate as they found wood and such to replace. However, the end price was exactly what they estimated. The crew and owner was always friendly and respectful. I’ve had a lot of issues with my roof since buying the house but I went with JMS to fix the problems and they keep coming back to deal with the cryptic leaks I could never figure out. I like Jesus and his Father always answers the phone and is kind. Props to Luis and crew for his hard work fixing a few issues on the side of the house also that I didn’t know how the water was getting in.

My wife and I had several estimates for a new roof. Removal of the old down to the wood with all new facia and drip edge. The estimate was very good and when we contacted the company they said the work could start in just two days. The day we excepted the bid the shingles were ordered and in two days the order arrived. The next day the crew was there and working by 6:30. I was amazed that the work was DONE by 3:00 that day. The crew worked none stop, not counting lunch, and were finished with the cleanup, nicely done, by 3:00. I would not hesitate to recommend JMS Roofing if you are looking for professional roofers that are all business!!!
