    Warranty company had us use J&B. I saw the reviews and wasn’t thrilled. However, they were quick, professional, and thorough and fixed the problem. They called immediately, ordered the replacement, scheduled very quickly, and got my disposal replaced promptly during a holiday week. Great experience!

    I left a message and Tracy, a helpful person, called me back! I was able to get an appointment within a few days. The technician, Sharif, arrived during the scheduled time period. He was cautious with properly wearing a face mask, respectful in listening to the problem, and quickly went to work to resolve the problem. He was patient in answering questions about the structure of the appliance and clearly knew what he was doing. The whole stovetop needed to be uninstalled and taken apart. Fortunately the problem was minor adjustments to the internal parts of the induction stovetop which were either not initially properly installed or had been dislodged in shipping.     Scheduled service on dishwasher through Kitchenaid. Technician never showed up and nobody from J&B ever called. I tried multiple times to call them and just got a message to leave a voicemail, but the mailbox was full. Finally called Kitchenaid and found out J&B had cancelled the service ticket due to illness, but nobody from their shop bothered to call me. I spent most of the day waiting for them and trying to communicate with them. Very poor customer service.
