I did an addition on my home four years ago (March 2017) and the general contractor hired Independent Roofing who convinced me to replace my entire roof (which was not leaking and only had minor standing water). They did an extremely shoddy job; resulting in major areas of standing water (see photos-including areas that previously drained properly-did not use the manufacture-recommended number of coats, and used sub-standard product (roof coatings should last at least a decade; many products have a 15 year warranty), I had major leaks in many different locations in my home, resulting in significant damage to interior ceilings.
