Best experience I have ever had visiting a medical practice. Kudos for the services you provide...From making the appointment online, registering online, checking in with the smiling and kind front desk receptionist/MA to the smart and gracious NP, it was amazing, fast, efficient and painless. Even the totadol injection didn't hurt. The RN explained everything thoroughly and then I paid for my RX in the exam room. That's efficient! Then to be able to walk out with my antibiotic prescription saved me the trip to the pharmacy. I have worked in healthcare management for 20+ years and this is by far the best healthcare experience I have ever witnessed/experienced.... read full review

Alena and all the staff was amazing . My wait time was like 10 mins . They listen to me and they figured out what was wrong and fixed my problem. I would recommend this place and drive 45 minutes every day to get the care they give.

People at immediate care were great. Everyone of the employees is friendly and took great care of me. I definitely recommend immediate care if you can’t make it in to see your doctor.
