Provider was very good, personable positive. Hygienist was gentle, polite and personable. Office staff were efficient and ok. No one tried to upsell and prices (am self insured) were low to average. Will use them again. Clean and professional office, good air conditioning, and well established east side office. NOT a doc in the box big corporate owned dental practice which is awesome.
I have been coming to Ideal Dental for several years since my previous dentist retired. I just ipicked somewhere blindly and was extremely lucky! I actually look forward to my appointments. Everyone iso friendly and relaxed that it makes me that way, too. The cleanings are done so gently- no jabbing or making you bleed. Their x-ray machine even has a mouthpiece that doesn’t poke into your gums! The dentist is quite friendly, informative and not ar all scary. A good listener, too.
