Wow the water taste FANTASTIC!!! It taste 'crisp' and it is more refreshing than any other water we have had. We have the service at our office and the staff wants to fill up before they go, because it is so good. Plus the H2O Joe staff is always so polite when the come out to service the system.

The taste of H20Joe's alkaline water is so much better than what I was dealing with before. What's more, the service was great, and I love the way I feel drinking this water after a workout, you can really tell the difference!

One email to them and H20Joe came out and installed our RO filter and a water spigot on the sink. It fits great and it matches our style of existing hardware. It works great! The water tastes awesome! This is much better than our system of having 5Gal bottles delivered and lugging them back and forth to the water cooler. Service: Great Billing: Great Customer Service: Great There was one time it stopped working. They came out --the same day-- and repaired it. The tech showed up *exactly* at the appointment time. It was head and shoulders above what I'd expect from the cable company. They are communicative and responsive via email or phone and the really important thing is they spend their time getting the problem solved, not reading scripted menus. I would happily recommend H2OJoe to anyone who wants pure drinkable water (or calcium-free water for your coffeemaker) anytime! In short: They rock!
