Was not the greatest experience, had lip filler done and after the two weeks there was no noticeable difference. Made a follow up appointment and the pictures clearly showed that, they agreed there was no difference yet were not willing to re-do the filler or even offer a discount on the next service. Do not plan on going back.

I used to go there but I hear there's new owners and every time I call whoever answers the phone are extremely rude!! Needless to say I will never set foot in that place again, it's their loss!

Received dermal filler and partial amount is with held at the end of appointment and told there is an additional fee of $50.00 to receive the renaming syringe within six months. Nothing is stated at the beginning of the appointment to make a decision whether to proceed. Very disappointed.

I have had Botox treatments for 20 years and have had no problems until my last visit here. I was told they hit a vein. I now have a complete black eye. I don't believe that the person injecting the Botox was qualified. Do not come here. you will regret it.

I do not recommend this place. they have hired staff that are not qualified and will leave your face distorted and veins obstructed . the worse part is that will have a qualified person fix the proble. Kim the nurse is skilled in filler and Botox injections.the quality is disappointing and they office will do nothing about it.

Hi, Called Greenspring on 8/12/23 to see if i could get a facial same day....Told yes and they explained the "Diamondglow " facial for $195 ( double basic facial cost )...Told 45 minute session and the benefits of the "Diamondglow " facial so i went for it...Session lasted exactly 30 minutes from entering with the "specialist " till checking out...I asked at checkout why only 30 minutes not 45 , told "sometimes it can be a little quicker " so paying for it , presented on their checkout , tip 10%, 15% 20 % 25 %...NO option for no tip...so another 10% or19.50 for the 30 minutes...Facial had NO face/head massage or the amenities that usually go with a facial....FELT COMPLETELY RIPPED OFF....$215 for 30 minutes ??? Checked on-line at other well known places in Tucson when i returned home...Average cost for the "Diamondglow " facial was $130-$140 for a hour facial.....Stupid me for going to Greenspring

Did not have a good experience here. Had Botox, it did NOT work, at all. Went in couple weeks later, and was told, I just needed more. I say, if the first round didn't work, why would I spend more money for the same thing to happen. I asked for some refund, or something as compensation. Nothing. The DR. (some lady), was unyielding, and had a TOO bad sort of attitude. If it were my business, and someone had a negative experience, I would refund the money. That's it.--That's goodwill and good biz practice. But, not this place. Others that I know feel as though their botox is watered down, and their results are minimal at best. I personally will not return, and based on my experience, I do not recommend this place.

I had the exact same problem with the Groupon IPL. I Luved the IPL treatment I first did and went back to to use 2nd IPL - Huge problem with front desk person not wanting to apply Groupon I'd already purchased. Be careful paying in advance here.
