Assigned by 2-10. I was called within minutes of 2-10 submitting the service request and they were super nice. They worked with my schedule and got me in right when i needed it. When they came out, they didn't try to upsell me at all. I told them that another company said my unit was 20+ years old and needed complete replacement a little ways back. The service rep proved the unit was actually pretty new and was in amazing shape (just bought the house last year) and showed me pictures to prove it. The other company totally tried to trick me. Our home warranty dispatched this company to take a look at our AC. We realized the AC wasn't working on Sunday night and by Monday morning they had us scheduled for early Tuesday. Lucky for us Keith the tech had the part in his car and fixed it immediately. We are so so grateful to Keith for getting this fixed in a timely manner. Our house had gotten up to 87 degrees during a time there was an excessive heat warning.
