So far so good. After my A/C going out in the middle of last July, I wanted to make sure there weren't any further problems (George did not do the repairs). I was given a 4 hour window - 8am-12pm, and the technician arrived shortly after 8am. He did note that the coolant was a bit low but said "let me check a few things before I just recharge it." Sure enough, he diagnosed a rusty evaporation coil. He said he's going to consult with George to get parts ordered, and come out and replace it ASAP. I wanted to make sure that if there was an issue, I got it addressed BEFORE it got to be 100+ degrees. George's people (from the receptionist who scheduled my appointment to the technician dispatched to my house) were friendly, fast, and efficient. I also want to give a shout out to the receptionist. I missed her first call. When I called back, I had to leave her a voicemail thinking "I'll probably have to keep calling until someone picks up." Nope! About an hour later, she returned my call and got me scheduled: and not a week or 2 out like some places, but 2 days later! Best of all, it's not going to cost me an arm and a leg since I have a home owner's warranty.
