Fulcrum Pilates is an oasis of the classical Pilates method in Tucson, AZ. It is attractively lit, spacious, clean and boasts an arsenal of classical Pilates equipment including Reformers, Cadillac, Barrels, Pedi Pole, small apparatus and the entire Chair family. Barbara is an expert instructor who keeps me moving with simple, clear suggestions, uses gentle but firm hands on assistance for helping me get what my body needs that day, and expects that I will work hard but always at my own pace. I live and teach Pilates in the California Bay Area and I never miss an opportunity to come practice at Fulcrum whenever I'm in town!
