Shout out to Jessica, who on my very first phone call to the clinic spent 38 minutes with me on the phone discussing every single concern I have about my cat. She is even knowledgeable in blood chemistry which is not common usually to have someone who answers the phone in reception to have this background. She also has knowledge in different sedatives that would be helpful to calm my cat who becomes a demon at a veterinary clinic. Lastly, she gave me concrete price estimates right over the phone, which I appreciated. I'm very impressed with her knowledge, caring disposition and patience and that is why I made an appointment. Dr. Upchurch is very knowledgeable, patient, and clearly does this out of a genuine love for her patients. Does not try to upsell expensive procedures or excessive treatments. Wouldn't take our three cats anywhere else.

Dr Upchurch and staff are outstanding: compassionate, caring, highly experienced, experts in the field, highly communicative with knowledge sharing and teaching about cat care, and warm and friendly. They are passionate about about cat health. They are the best!
