I got work done on a heating system for one of my investment properties and it was an excellent experience. The staff and reception were very helpful in figuring out what the issue exactly was and the technician that came to help us out was extremely transparent and straightforward with what needs to be done without doing unnecessary changes and charging an absurd amount of money.

I was extremely impressed with the service I received from Family Air from the beginning. Kurt was amazing. He was quick to come out and evaluate the replacement of our 2 HVAC systems and provide a very reasonable estimate. He was always very prompt in responding to my various questions either by email or a phone call to make sure I understood everything I needed to make an informed decision. Once I made the decision to accept their proposal, he made a special appointment to come out in advance of the installation and add some additional recycled R-22 to both my existing systems at no additional cost to make sure these “dying” systems operated sufficiently cool to... read full review

Air Conditioner decided to stop working late on Saturday afternoon. I called Family Air and there was a service tech at my house the following morning. Everything was fixed and working great, and the cost was lower than I expected for a Sunday call! Great service.
