My wife and I were first-timers this morning visiting from out of town. Our hour class flew by. It was a fantastic full body strength and cardio combined workout. Highly recommend for overall fitness. It’s a Must Join recommendation if you plan on joining the Hyrox craze!
Very welcoming!! Contacted me right away. Gave a good explanation of what they had to offer how the classes work. Got a first great work out!! it's 45 min burned 310 calories!!
I started F45 on a recommendation from a friend as I'm training for a Spartan Race and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. Overall, the coaches are very welcoming and friendly, but also push you and coach you through the movements when you need it. Everyone in my 6 am classes are the best and I actually have a fun time pretty much every day. Don't get me wrong, the workouts are totally killer! Shoutout to Stephen, Jonathan, and Brie who are my main coaches, they're the best!!
