I love this company and their products so much I have ordered from them a lot! But I ordered a 16oz monomer and this is what I received I don’t know if it was a shipping issue because it was NOT a spillage there is nothing indicating spillage or evaporation this was sent not full it almost looked used even the cap is yellow from possibly it just sitting there I’m disappointed and the fact that I can’t even ask for a refund or just an exchange (which I hate refunds I would just want an exchange) as stated in their customer service page I’m definitely going to think twice when ordering anything from them again. :(
All the negative reviews are from 3-4 years ago during Covid and it’s only about their shipping. We’ve been using Enail for our base nails as a press on company for 3 years now and have never had an issue with any product that wasn’t user error. We can’t speak on the actual shipping times because we’re local to the warehouse and always do pickup. On that front, our orders are always ready super fast, packaged nicely and on the one single occasion they forgot something I was able to pick it up the next day with no issue. The customer service is always really nice and I love the quality of the products.

I have ordered hundreds of dollars worth of products in the last couple of months. Six packages in total. Three of those packages arrived and the post office wanted an additional sixty dollars for extra shipping on top of the sixty dollars I had already paid for shipping for six packages. The post office sent it back and said the company could fix the shipping and ship it back to me. The other three packages were never even brought to me, the post office just sent them back. After weeks of waiting I have received four of the six packages and the other two have been sent back to sender twice after arriving at the post office.
