Had a very good experience here. We are not professionals, but pretty good amateurs. Everyone was helpful, and we will be returning for the third (and final) bathroom remodel. Special shout out to Claudia - some of the best customer service ever!

Currently having my master bathroom and closet remodeled and my first instinct was to go to floor and decor. I visited but in the entire room I could not find what I wanted. My Contractor asked me to check out Emser tile. They recently got off another project and the tile that arrived from another company had 4 different colors . What often happens it comes in batches from different locations such as Phoenix and Tucson. I walked into Emser and located my tile from the entrance. This place has a great selection yet not overwhelming. The quality of the tile I purchased was beautiful in the showroom. My contractor also stated that their tile comes with equal height.
