I went for a mammogram, diagnostic ultrasound, and a biopsy, among other things. Jessica, the tech, is kind and compassionate. The radiologists, Dr. Jung who answered all of my questions, and Dr. Groskind, who performed my biopsy with painless precision, compassion and care, are amazing professionals.
They have a respectful staff and they are very professional. My appointment was seen on time and they completed my sonogram quickly and had me on my way. They had the results processed quickly and delivered to my doctor ready for my appointment two days later.
I had a diagnostic mammogram (3D), followed by an ultra sound. It was the best experience I have ever had. I have implants (25yrs old), and my technician, Hannah listened to my concerns and was excellent at maneuvering my implants were I did not feel any discomfort at all. Prior, I had anyways gone to radiology LTD where the technicians were always rough and fast. I thought this was normal. It's not. I am such a fan now as I know this test can be performed without any discomfort. Thank you eastside imaging.
