It's the luck of the draw as to who comes on-call and I wond the jackpot with Patrick. Not only is he a brilliant HVAC technician who can easily diagnose the problem, but he is kind, respectful and doesn't make you feel foolish when you realize you made the mistake that temporarily shut your AC off!

After getting nowhere on a late Saturday afternoon with Rite Way, having wasting about six hours waiting for them to return my call as well as my wife's texts, I gave up on them and called Cummings Plumbing Heating and Cooling a bit after 10 pm and arranged to have a technician come out the next morning and repair my AC system. Matt Pfister is the tech that responded and was here by nine o'clock. He was suspecting and was correct, it was just a bad capacitor, preventing the condenser fan motor from running. Service technician was professional and polite and did a wonderful job. He serviced what Strongbuilt had installed. I've used both companies before, but I will not use Strongbuilt anymore because when you call them you get an AI generated message pretending to be a human. Very unprofessional and I will not talk to an AI person trying to sound like a real human.
Cummings has a real person who answers the phone and doesn't have to pretend.
