I just want to say thank you so much for being respectful and working with me when I got my hair done ❤️ I appreciate you so much! I may have a hearing loss but you treated me like how you would with everyone else. She guides me to what area I need to be in and lets me know what she is going to do before she does it.
For example; she will signal so I understand that I need to get me hair washed. (I have to take my hearing aids out when I’m there), and then a tap on the shoulder before she turns on the water so I don’t freak out.
She learned to communicate with me in a different way.

29 years later and I’ve finally decided to change the color of my hair. This was a huge commitment and a terrifying one at that, but I gotta say the service, the experience and the overall outcome exceeded my expectations and I have to say I loved it all! I don’t think I can go back to my original hair color after this! ? Thank you for taking care of me on this journey! I highly recommend this service
