I'm really bummed to have to share my bad experience here. I made an appointment, arrived 5 minutes early. They kept asking if I wanted a pedicure as well, assuming they wanted to buy some time because the 2 employees doing nails weren't even close to being finished. One of them came over to start the removal process of my dip nails. My hands sat in acetone for almost an hour. I had to let them know my hands were beginning to itch. There was no point in scheduling an appointment because I was there for over 2 1/2 hours for dip nails!

My mom and I have been regular customers here since we moved nearby (about 2 years). We've never had a bad experience! The staff are friendly and willing to talk/joke with us. We get gel manicures and the occasional pedicure. The manicures are always clean and last about 2 to 3 weeks for us working gals. We go in expecting to wait (they usually have us sit in a massage chair while we do) as they only have 2-3 techs at a time, but it is always worth it! We're typically there for an hour or two depending on the wait. We go to relax and have a good time, not rush out.Services: Nail cut & filing

It started out that I had to wait 25 minutes before I got services done then I got the pedicure 1st which was good and then I got a fill on my nails However they don't have regular nail Polish everything is to buy up for the gel nails if you dont have any regular nail Polish then the gel nails should not be a buy up because that's all you have to offer. The staff was friendly enough And there is no posted signs anywhere of how much the services cost so everything is just random by whoever says what it costs
