STAFF IS PHENOMENAL! This location is very often a friendly environment. Staff keeps it very clean, AND the best part—there are so much different machines and equipment to use to get a great workout in!

KJ is never standing still , I had to ask him his position and name because he’s always doing something whether it’s cleaning plates barbells dumbbells whatever it is I never see him standing still , top tier worker right there

The new Lift Lab is SOOOO good. Moody lighting, super private, full workout vibes in one room. Lotsa booty equipment . ..Obsessed.
They also added a relax and recover room with compression therapy , massage guns , zero gravity chairs, stand up red light rooms with vibration plates … yeahhh it’s a whole thing.
Still really busy location and not the best area but honestly… the upgrades are worth popping in.
