About Carondelet Medical Group-Foothills
Carondelet Medical Group-Foothills offers a mixed experience. While some staff members, including the nurse practitioner, are friendly, thorough, and responsive, others have been reported to be rude and unprofessional. The facility has an in-house laboratory and patient portal for easy communication. However, a few "rogue" staff members have left some patients vowing to never return. Despite this, some patients have had positive experiences and recommend the medical group.
I was going to this office for a bit with no problems, I liked my doctor. The office staff here were sometimes a bit short with patients. Understandable in certain situations, though. My recent experience with the office, however, went too far. I was left waiting to see the doctor after being called back for over an hour and a half. I ended up leaving because I had to go to work, without any care (for a specific, pressing issue). This was the first of three incidents that had me leaving this office. I understand that healthcare is an intense field and its workers deserve respect and grace. That being said, patients should not be treated this way and this was unacceptable.
The nurses and staff are very kind and professional I’ve been with them for years and if there is any issue it’s because they have guidelines to follow especially when Covid happened it caused them to be more stricter and obviously people don’t go to a dr office because they feel great so a lot of discord is because of mixed feelings but for myself I have felt very well cared for and highly recommend them.
I’ve been seeing Angelic Granillo at this practice for a while now, and cannot recommend her enough. She is kind, caring, and always takes time to listen to concerns. I’ve always had good interactions with all staff members and they are quick to take me back for appointments.
