How does this place not have solid 5 stars from everyone review?!
My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Moher here for 4 years, and this is the most efficient medical office I’ve ever been to. I’ve never waited longer than 10 minutes for my appointments. If you need a blood draw, they do that in-office just after your appointment (hardly any wait) and you can usually expect same day results. Even when it’s high germ season, they find a way to get you in right away if you need to be seen - plus they’re great at answering online messages.
I’ve only experienced kindness and efficiency at this practice and recommend it to all.

A friend recommended this practice when I arrived in Tucson in August. My PCP Dr. Galasso is great and I enjoy my relationship with this group. Very helpful, very responsive.

Dr. Greybill’s current medical assistant, who has the empathy of a wet mop, needs to have a reality check. My family and I have been concerned for a relative of ours LONG TERM SIDE AFFECTS with a certain drug they’ve been on for a while now. My relative was too weak to speak and nobody else in our family was able to assist so I took it upon myself to try and get someone from either the pharmacy to help (they did to the best of their ability) or/and Dr. Greybill. This woman’s message on the voice mail for patients to leave messages was demeaning and sounded like a preschool teacher scolding a child. I left a message in the exact same tone and made sure she knew that “24 business hours” wasn’t going to cut it with the relative I called about. After leaving the voice mail, I tried calling again to see if there were any options to speak to an actual live human. There weren’t any. Only thing I could come up with was “to set an appointment” option. So I selected that because even though it wasn’t to schedule an appointment for Dr. Greybill (which wasn’t an option), I knew there might be a chance whoever I spoke with could assist me with my relative right next to me (very weakened from the LONG TERM SIDE AFFECTS of this drug). After telling the appointment setter what was going on, they transferred me to Dr. Greybill’s medical assistant. She was polite for all of maybe 30 seconds. Her ego “I’ve been at this for 20 years don’t give me attitude” (…because she didn’t like the fact I kept trying to redirect her to what I was sharing with her)…. no mam. No. Absolutely not. Don’t do that again with anybody. She’s horrible when it comes to being patient AND professional. I kept trying to listen to her but when I listened to what she was saying she wasn’t saying anything that was helpful to the situation. THEN she decided to throw HIPAA at me like that was going to change the very little bit of info she’d thrown in my face. What?? I was sharing with her my concern of the short term and long term side affects of this medication my relative was on. BEING IN THE MEDICAL FIELD MYSELF, I knew things I could say and could not say and find out with HIPAA. Oh but she didn’t want to hear that either. Instead of taking what I said seriously, SHE became INSULTED because I dared to know what I was talking about. I had her on speaker phone. My relative who was very ill and the reason I called in the first place got on the phone with her and (although barely able to speak) talked to her. Dr. Greybill’s medical assistant immediately got off her high horse and spoke with my relative / Dr. Greybill’s patient. That woman is not representing the care of Dr. Greybill well. At all.

NP Bosa is the best! Super caring and understanding. She completed my lip fillers (and did an incredible job - super natural) and has happily answered other skincare questions and concerns I have had. Highly recommend!

Absolutely disappointed here. After much research and reading fabulous things about 2 of their physicians that are specifically listed in a banner on the website as accepting new patients, I was told that the banner is old and neither of them are taking new patients. I asked if they have another Dr. that is and was told yes, but not until June and depending on insurance. I told the person that I am not insured and would be self-pay. She said they cannot see ANYONE who does not have insurance. I asked that if I walked in and paid cash at my visit they would not see me? She confirmed. No insurance, no visit. Thanks, Western Medicine and medical commerce.

We are new to Tucson again and sought recommendations on a GP. Unfortunately it is quite a drive to get to this one. Unfamiliar traffic patterns caused my wife to be late and the front staff were totally inflexible to the extent she left in tears. She really needed to get in.Additionally, out of three visits for me only saw an MD once, don't like paying the same rate to see a PA or an RN. We switched to a good MD on the East side who actually sees us.My recommendation - if your MD is further than 5 miles away find a new one. Our doc here was a good one but inflexible reception area staff and unavailability of actual MD made this practice totally unworthy.

I was mislead when making my appointment and not listened to by the doctor I saw. The doctor's listing with my insurance said he was a "MAT" doctor and when I called to make my appointment the staff supposedly checked and said he'd be able to take care of my unique issues. Not only did I get denied proper care once there, I found out after that I was ordered certain medical tests that I had told the doctor multiple times didn't medically and physically apply to me. I wasted several hours there only to leave disappointed, depressed, and discouraged about my health and life. This place just reenforced my disgust in medical groups and "all-in-one" medical practices. I'm apparently the only one to advocate for my health and well being.
