Five years later, I'm here editing my review as proof this company retains it's customer base. Last year I swapped out my aging AC unit for a new heat pump, also replaced my water heater.
Original review from 2020.. Friendly, helpful staff for working with warranty. Excellent service by Brenden. I had intermittent problems that they were able to keep fixing all very promptly. I've had great customer service during chaotic times. Couldn't ask for more. Thanks guys

My AC wasn’t working and I had family coming into town. Brendan responded on the same day I called. He ordered a part and had my system up and running in a few hours. Unfortunately the system had too many things wrong with it. Brendan installed a new HVAC system in record time! He is hard working , honest, and explained everything in detail so I knew exactly what was happening. Brenovations is the only company I will call in the future to service my HVAC.

My air conditioner stopped working over the weekend. I was matched by my homewarranty company and by Monday afternoon had an appointment for a tech to come by the next day. Thankfully learned that it was just a bad compressor and was fixed immediately. Customer service both with scheduling and the technician were both professional and friendly. I've been impressed with this company each and every time I've had them out.
