I had an appointment for a tech to come out between 11:30 and 1:30. At 3:00 I called to find out what was going on and the tech told me, without giving me a reason for not coming out as scheduled or an apology, that he would be out in 1/2 hour. He then told me he had come out and my gate was locked and that he had called me and left two messages. This was completely untrue! My gate was open at 10:30 and there were no messages on either of my phones. He then proceeded to basically call me a liar and insist that the gate was locked and he had called. I had the worst experience with Able Refrigeration. Poor service, sketchy tech, they are not helpful, they misdiagnosed my repair only to try to sell me s new unit!!! They cut my wires snd left s mess. I was quoted $7,200.00 to buy a new unit. Got a 2nd opinion, only cost me $450.00. Do not call this company they are SHARKS!!!!!

Very bad experience, had a technician come to my house and review my house giving it poor ratings.He, not knowing that I had put $30,000 in my house in repairs. Proceeded to tell me that my house had Asbestos and caused more worried than one in my mind. I did not hire this company to get such a hash review on my house. No thank you ,i will not be calling you ever or refer this company to my friends are family.
