I recently was leaving on a trip to **********, we live in *******, **. We finished packing the car and went to start it only to discover the car battery was dead. I called AAA for roadside assistance and they were at my house within 15 minutes to assess the situation. My car is only a year old and I was surprised that the dealership battery did not last longer. But to get them to check it out I would have to take the vehicle to their shop and we just didn't have the time to do that.I ended up needing a new battery and had it replaced, the whole process took about 10 minutes. The mechanic was very professional and easy going. I am very happy with the service I received.
