These professionals run their practice like a pristine swiss watch. They have resurrected customer service to its highest level. They provide not only a diagnosis, but also highly informative demonstration of your eyes and what can happen in your future. I am fortunate to be their client.
My first time at this facility was great from the office staff to Dr. Olsen I felt confidence in the procedures they did. My vision had changed fast this year so his recommendations proved to help in a number of ways. The following visits have been just as good as the first visit. The surgery center staff were professional in all aspects of patient care.
Very professional and friendly tech set me up for the exam by Dr Olsen, who as always was very thorough and professional while being friendly and outgoing. I've been going here for years, and it's clear across town from me, but I continue because I like and trust Dr Olsen, and the techs are always friendly, professional, and efficient.
