Time waiting was greater than the doctors consultation time, even with an appointment. Scheduling an appointment with my PC would have taking even longer. Not sure what the cost will be from BUC, that will be a deciding factor.
Very easy to make an appointment online so you don't have to wait long. Staff very attentive and caring. It's great to be able to get help quickly.Had to go again recently and truly appreciated the care provided. It was a very helpful and informative session.
Thank you N. Campbell Banner Urgent Care! I arrived about 4pm with pain and swelling after a hard fall on my kneecap. Reception was warm and caring explaining that there could be a wait of 4 hours due to some emergencies. I decided to wait and saw the attendants come out into lobby to help a waiting young man who was suffering. Eventually, a few other patients decided to go elsewhere so I was actually seen at 5:30 with prompt attention and very little wait for an xray. I am so grateful that Banner UC provides on site basic radiology because t his was so much better than an emergency room experience!
