Telehealth appointments were missed twice, even as I sat on the phone before the appointment times, due to ineffective notifications. I immediately called Banner both times, spoke with multiple people that took much more time, and yet still was unable to be connected to my doctor. Instead I was offered a new appointment time almost 3 months later.

During my exam everything went well but there is no follow up after . Your on your own to interpret test results and any medical jargon of test results . This office is supposed to be a geriatric medical center but your on your own between exams .Seniors that are not efficient with technology are at a big disadvantage .

I am in shock at how much time each Banner employee takes with me when I go for appointment. I never feel rushed. I feel like they care and they listen intently. I have never had better care.

Overall I have had some really great providers with Banner. The hard part is that they move on because it’s part of their education and then not only do you loose that built relationship and help (especially when working on chronic illness care) you can then have someone not as good after. All the staff and facilities working front desk and behind the scenes have been great. They don’t change.
