The office is clean and professional. I visited 4 or 5 times and on each visit I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. The staff and PT professionals are courteous and helpful. My therapy with Yeri Kil, PT, DPT, was educational and very helpful. Her explanations regarding anatomy and the implications of stress along with proper and improper physical manipulation were very interesting and easy to understand. I would definitely recommend this office and care team.
Staff is professional, prompt, caring, and friendly. They really care about whatever it is you are dealing with, and try to make it better. They are quick to make your next appointment, and always start on time.
My therapist, Yeri Kil, helped me regain urinary continence after prostate cancer surgery. She was an excellent therapist - professional, patient, knowledgeable, and kind. Although this type of physical therapy can test one's limits of modesty, she never made me feel uncomfortable. I unconditionally and enthusiastically recommend her. The facility was well-equipped and very clean. Staff were very professional. Precautions were taken to ensure that everything was cleaned after each patient.
