We brought our Samson for his first ever grooming . He is 10 years old and HATES baths. They did such a wonderful job with Samson and he seemed so happy when we picked him up !!! He smelled and felt so good !! We will now be back monthly for a grooming !! Everyone here was nice and friendly and Sarah who groomed him was such a delightful person to deal with and Sam seemed to just love her !! We dont live in Tucson but in Cochise near the Dragoon Mountains and its definitely worth the drive to have Sarah groom our boy Sam . THANK YOU so very much for taking care of our Samson !! ❤️❤️

I highly recommend Balboa’s Bed & Biscuit! I have boarded my cats (10 yrs & 14 yrs old) here on multiple occasions, for extended periods ranging from 2 weeks to over a month. The staff & owners are extremely caring, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I am a helicopter cat mom 😅 and I am able to have peace of mind while traveling knowing that my cats are in excellent care with fellow animal lovers while they are here. The cats absolutely love the full wall of windows and shelves/ramps to climb up in the suites. We have 140 lb Great Pyrenees! This is without question the best Grooming experience we have had. Sarah (the groomer)was fantastic! Shes kind, gentle and caring. The entire staff that we encountered was amazing! Our very first experience there and won’t be our last. We scheduled a second appointment before leaving. Lucy looks amazing!!!
