cleaned my oven yesterday and when the cycle was over i opened the door...apparently to early..as later in the day i noticed the door lock light was blinking and the oven door would not close...called this moring and was imediately turned over to Bobby.. he walked me throught the fix in less than 5 minutes was so kind and helpful...thank you so much!
