I recently saw Dr. Okcay for a follow-up clinic visit. I came prepared with a completed 2-week sleep diary and a list of issues I wanted to discuss. Dr. Okcay addressed my key concerns, and we came up with a plan, to be reviewed at a pending appointment in one month. This was an excellent visit, hence my 5 star rating. Dr. Okcay was warm, focussed and supportive. The staff member at the Registration Desk was friendly.

The staff is of course, profesional and polite but, besides that they are nice and friendly. Dr. Ockay is the best. She Listens. Talks things out with me. Explains things, answers questions. Helps me to see alternatives. One of my top favorite doctors!

Everyone is nice but plan for a long wait for a new consultation. I came early as requested, no problem but still waited 2 hours to be seen.. that seems a bit long. I am patient on waiting but that is a long wait. Advising that you could be here for that long would help you plan your day better. Once the dr came in it was almost an argument when I asked a couple of basic questions. She stated you dont want to do this? Just bc I have a question doesn't mean that
