Arizona Sleep Center provides a positive experience for its patients. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and personable, offering good suggestions and follow-through care. The sleep study process is easy and relaxed, with efficient and understanding technicians. Dr. Okcay and the entire staff are patient-focused, courteous, and attentive, taking care of patients in a superb fashion. Patients appreciate the caring nature of the doctor and staff, and feel fortunate to receive care at this office.
I was greeted by name when I arrived. The staff was very friendly and polite. My physician was inquisitive and thoroughly explored my history and situation. I am very confident that going forward I will have great outcomes.
Today I had a visit with Dr Onate at Tucson Sleep Center. He reviewed my recent sleep study showing me results. He explained using graphs on his computer that were easy to follow. He is knowledgeable and I believe thorough. I did have to wait for several minutes for him to get to me but I’m sure he is a busy doctor. I did need CPAP as I am have severe sleep apnea. I’m to get a machine and a return appointment for further review for a full mask instead of nasal prongs which does not seal well.
My sleep study and follow up visits were handle professionally and with timely responses. I would return here if another study was needed. Sleeping under such strange circumstances is never easy, but we got it done and my severe obstructive sleep apnea was diagnosed and treated.
