Her communication and availability to address my questions and concerns was comforting. JJ was also great to work with. He was onsite from start to finish to ensure the job was completed as promised. I enjoyed working with everyone at Arizona Pristine Roofing. The day of installation, everything went well and they went out of their way to accommodate and fix the roof where required. I'm very happy with the work so far and how the process went. I also appreciate that they clean up thoroughly after every shift and use a magnet to pick up any nails that might have fallen into the gravel. I would recommend them based on their professionalism and workmanship.
The summer 2024 storm damaged multiple roofs in my neighborhood. I contacted various roofing companies. Octavio from APR came out and took the time to answer my, and my neighbor’s questions. Very knowledgeable. Then the office mgr Jazz came out to walk us through the process. My insurance company lowballed the roof replacement estimate. Jazz dug-in for the long fight and in the end was able to get my insurance company to pay for the roof replacement minus my deductible. The roofers were professional and the new roof is beautiful.
