They never answer phone calls

On December 5th I went to the eye doctor, I took my prescription to National Optical Alliance Arizona Eyewear 395 N Silverbell Rd Tucson, I called in January 2 times, on the 15th he called me that my glasses were ready, yesterday January 17, 2025 I went for the glasses, the truth is that they had never treated me so badly! I went to the office on Orange Grove to get cataract surgery due to a vitrectomy I'd had a couple months before. After putting drops in my eyes and doing the same exact tests I'd had two weeks earlier at Retina Associates, they told me that I had glaucoma and couldn't get the cataract surgery until they treated the glaucoma. I tried to refuse the tests, but they told me it was procedure.
