Had a wonderful first class here with a friend . Instructor was fabulous and exactly what my body needed this morning . Such a wide variety of classes , can’t wait for belly dancing !

The staff is friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Their level of expertise is incredible. The Pilates classes are small and focused and the experience allows you to develop and learn with each session. Great studio and well maintained equipment. 100% recommended.
