This company is the best I’ve worked with. Their service, professionalism and knowledge are on point and then some. I was able to discuss some pool issues I’ve been having and got a quick fix with recommendations moving forward. And this was during a service call which fixed some old failing equipment in a super competent way. They will be my go to pool repair company moving forward.
I needed a pool handrail for our shallow end so my mother can get in and out by herself this summer. I called 5 other companies who either did not call back at all, said they were too busy to do a quote, or could do it at the end of June. When I finally found Ambiance, they came out next day for a quote and scheduled install for the next week. They were very responsive on the phone and stayed in contact until day of service with updates. All were professional and competent. The handrail is sturdy and just what we needed. Nothing is cheap right now due to inflation, but I am very happy with my experience with Ambiance!
They have terrific techs and are very professional. Ambiance has maintained our pool for more than a decade and we have NEVER had any issues with them. I highly recommend them to anyone.
